Health Monitoring Solution

PARHSM provides Health Monitoring for the overall system and alerts you when there are issues.

This improves system support by changing reactive service calls into proactive preventative maintenance visits.  System “up time” is therefore improved, which saves you time, money, and frustration!

Alerts are presented as simple green, yellow, or red items so that you can see in a snap if something needs attention or has reached a critical state. In this example, there is a memory issue and an OS-version issue – simply touch the yellow and red buttons to drill-down and see the specific issue.
 

Health Issue Alerts are usually handled behind the scenes by a PARHSM Issue Handler, or sent to another system for automated handling.
